<p><strong>UPTET stands for Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test</strong>. It&#39;s a mandatory exam conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB) to assess the eligibility of candidates aspiring to become teachers in government schools in Uttar Pradesh, India.</p> <p><strong>UPTET exam</strong>&nbsp;is conducted in two shifts for two papers - Papers 1 and 2.&nbsp;<strong>UPTET Paper 1</strong>&nbsp;is conducted for candidates who plan to become teachers of Classes 1-5. On the other hand,&nbsp;<strong>UPTET Paper 2</strong>&nbsp;is for candidates who plan to become teachers of Classes 6-8. However, the candidates who wish to become teachers of Classes 1-8 need to appear in both papers of&nbsp;<strong>UPTET 2024</strong>.</p>
